For those of you who know, and those that don't, we at
Phato have been in full support of the new Cobalt
Restaurant and Nightclub Project in Armory Square in
Syracuse, NY.  It will be a much needed addition to
the ever dwindling venues for electronica as well as
other forms of music in the Syracuse community.

The developers of the project have asked the Phato USA
staff to garner grassroots support for the project, as
a hearing is approaching in the near future.

What we are asking of you:

MAKE A PHONE CALL TO THE SYRACUSE MAYOR.

Its simple.  Here is what you have to do:

Just state, "Hello, my name is <your name> and I am
calling in full support of the new Cobalt
entertainment facility in Armory Square"

This will be an exciting new outlet in the Syracuse
Community.  Cobalt needs your support.

There are over two thousand people on this list.  We
would like the support from each and everyone of you.

What I can do:  If this project is approved.  I
promise a free event within three months of opening.
